Dance/Gate is an annual showcase of work resulting from the collaboration between Gate contributors and staffers, student choreographers and dancers, and our own talented artists. This assembly highlights the incredible talents of our community, and it’s a unique opportunity for artists across disciplines to come together and bring their art to life. All poetry and artwork showcased also appears in this year’s edition of the literary magazine.
For the first time in 2 years, the readers, writers, choreographers, and dancers are all together in person and collaborating to build new work together. Expect to see writers more involved in the movement, dancers more involved in the language, and the performance may even result in new pieces of visual art to be displayed around campus.
